淋巴細胞分離液 (LSM) 可用于在體外從稀釋的全血中進行淋巴細胞的分離。其分離原理為密度梯度離心，利用全血中不同細胞類型比重的差異通過離心完成細胞的分離 (圖1)?？祵?nbsp; cellgro®淋巴分離液是一種無菌的等滲聚蔗糖和泛影酸鈉溶液，粘度低，在20℃下密度為1.077-1.080g/mL。
