乳酸菌NICE系統(tǒng)是在乳鏈菌肽誘導(dǎo)下由nisA啟動(dòng)子控制目的基因表達(dá)的，含nisR和nisK的兩組分調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的高效誘導(dǎo)表達(dá)系統(tǒng)。由于NICE系統(tǒng)的誘導(dǎo)劑、宿主菌和載體都是食品級(jí)的，其應(yīng)用前景十分廣闊。
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):
- The system is fully food grade
- No endotoxins are produced
- No inclusion bodies
- No spores
- No extracellular proteinases
- Tightly controlled gene expression allows production of toxic proteins
- Simple fermentation, scale-up and down stream processing
